Corbon Hibberd Unit 4

I have decided to create a table to display the pros and cons of the different methods of financing my film. Through this I have decided to use crowd funding to finance the film as it is a short film the money required for said film won't be as large and people may be more encouraged to pay towards it. This process involved a lot of research into the different methods and distinguishing the good and the bad aspects of each. Overall the final film should look more professional as I have planned out the spending properly.   

The Majestic Plastic Bag             Kevin             The Bear I have decided to take a look at over examples of mockumentaries to borrow ideas and gestures on how mockumentaries should look, run, play out and more. I have also analysed them in comparison to each other to find similarities and differences. This should help give the film a smoother production schedule as I know what I want in it and to get out of it. To get these examples I searched up on YouTube the term 'Mockumentary,' and selected 3 of similar length to final film. I then put the name of each one onto the word document along with the link. I then proceeded to list all aspects of the film I could find.  

  I have decided that for my short film I would like to go with the first idea presented on the table above as I believe that is where I can be most creative with the production overall. I decided to make this table to easily present the main aspects of the potential films and make an ultimate decision quicker. I already came up with first idea before making the table so to widen my view I made adjustments to the character's situations to end up with 3 altogether. This should therefore end up with a product that overall comes across as more alive and entertaining to watch, as I am enjoying the process of production and this may transfer onto the screen.
